Ultra bland rave

Yeah the titles misleading.
You all know about my addiction.im obsessed with lush.I happened to buy ultra bland while I was at Waterloo,long story short beer was involved and I ended up getting the large tub.
At first I hated it.its thick and feels like lip balm.it felt like it would ruin my face because its so oily.
Fast forward a few weeks and I use it all the time.i actually pile it on pretty thick by now
How to use it:
Don't be shy.a lot works just as much as a little
You don't need a wet face to use it
Flannels are important.a sponge or water will not suffice.this baby is pretty thick and won't come off that easy

Don't be afraid that its so oily.it probably won't make you break out.its good for redness because it soothes the skin.ive found it good for the random flare up my skin had recently.it soothed the redness and smoothed over the dry rough spots.my skin looks a bit brighter and more radiant.its a bit softer and helps lock in moisture or return it if you've just been in the bath and its all dry.ive loved this product and might even repurchase it rather than try other ones from lush.its done great things for my skin.i might try and use it over the summer where my skin gets that weird rash that it gets in the summer.

Manicure Monday

I think this is called a reverse manicure.or reverse French tips.im not sure.but it's pretty easy to do.
FIrst you paint your nails in any colour.i chose rimmels misty jade because I love it and because I'm stealing this idea from another blog which I don't know how to link to because I'm writing this on my iPod.
Then carefully dab glitter on the base of the nail.its easier with glitter because you don't have to be that careful.i used amythyst by Barry m because its my favourite glitter and it looks kinda like pint splatter.
This isn't that complicated a look but I think it looks great

Why converse are the best shoes ever

Last night I had a dream my converse got ruined so much I couldn't even wear them and call it a "grunge look".then Jensen button gave me a piggyback because I had no shoes,which was fun. So here's my reasons for converse being the best shoes in the universe
Picture the scene. Its 2 in the morning, the clubs have closed and you have to make your way home, heels and all. They're probably not even on your feet, most likely hung of your wrist while you hobble along. Wouldn't you just LOVE a pair of converses right now?
I find after a big night out when my feet are crying and screaming why did you do this to me? Why did you do this to me? Converse are the best things ever. And its not just when i'm hobbling to the corner shop the morning after a night out when my feet are still killing me. Here's a list of scenarios they rock my world in.
-Woohoo!I got festival tickets!Pants what shoes will I wear
-Balls, my wellies broke and its muddy as fudge.What shoes will I wear? I only bought wedges. Converse to the rescue(Yeah the eyelets let in mud but socks and Converse can be washed.)
 They are the comfiest thing you can put on your feet in my opinion. And they look so great. What other shoe can you wear to death. TO DEATH. And they still look awesome. They even look better than when you first bought them.Clean, they're preppy. Dirty, they're grungy. And they can be washed which is handy as balls when i've been caught in the rain, which I always do. They are lifesavers. And rock on over to ebay and you can get them really cheap. My white ones only cost me a tenner.My aids awareness ones were only £3.50.

Epic Fangirlness

Ok the post was misleading. I am not an epic fangirl. But I know someone who is. And as I love to make people happy and especially this person. I am writing this post. It will make me happy to make someone else happy. And isnt that what blogging is all about?
Black Milk have a pair of tardis police box leggings.Here they are.The colour of them is fabulous. Though im not a fan of the pattern. I don't think you can see enough of the tardis,its not obvious enough for me that its a tardis either. Comment if you think im wrong but I personally wouldn't spend £50 on them.

 These however, are fabulous. I love the print. Yes its not as obvious that its a tardis either but doctor who fans will spot this a mile off. I really love the colours and the whole look of them all.Sadly, they are not online yet. But I really think I will be buying a pair for that person and possibly even myself. They're beautiful and considering they are from her universe, they'll be a fraction of the cost.

This weeks favourite

Since I haven't got a laptop I'm posting from my iPod so excuse the picture quality.
My favourite product this week is batiste cherry.The boiler is on the fritz so I haven't been able to bath as much as I'd like.which sucks and I feel so gross.luckily I bought a can of this months ago just in case and it works so well! My hair never looks greasy,this makes it feel light.sometimes it feels itchy which it tends to when its dirty.this makes it a bit cleaner,enough so to leave the house not feeling like a hobo.i haven't noticed a cherry smell,it just smells fresh.its saved my life this week.so happy with it.its pretty cheap too.

Style Steal

This isnt a normal type of style steal. Im not creating an outfit based on someone elses outfit or being inspired by an outfit I saw. I am pillaging from my boyfriend. Aww poor dear, I stole his only beer t shirt. I will give it back. Or should I? Ill let you decide.Obviously disco pants, I want to get some different coloured ones or some different trousers, there's so little out there that I like at the moment, only  skirts. Im mainly drawn to skirts.Not great for this weather.

The jacket is from Tk maxx,ive had it for about a million years. Do any of you have that trusty jacket that has just lasted you forever?Nothing can ever happen to this jacket, if it broke id probably cry for a week.It was £22 which aint too shabby. The top is the beer shirt that i pillaged from Tom. My grey converse are vintage apparently and cost me £12 from a shop in notts called Braderie.
How did you all enjoy the snow?It was so pretty. It wrecks my skin, my face is still unhappy and i've been in sunny kingston for half a week now. Come on spring, what you doing?

Blackout (Kinda)

Bad blogger!Bad.Yeah its been a while I know. My computer has finally decided to give up the ghost so i'm having to post stuff from my boyfriends computer.So my posts wont be as regular. I did get a few outfit posts though so Ill post those

This is an outfit I love that I wore for a night out. Got a lot of compliments for it(Psyched!) The skirt is from Primark and cost me 5 WHOLE POUNDS!!!! its gorgeous. I really love the whole chiffon skirt over a normal skirt thing that seems to have been going on this season and last season. Its the skirt of my dreams pretty much. The top is my trust crop top from top shop (I just love saying that!), which cost me £10. I love this outfit as a whole. Obviously I wore my jeffrey campbells because of their ultimate gorgeousness and the height they give me. They cut the hell out of me though. I look like ive been in a fight with a lawnmower. I do love them though. I have my evil eye bracelet from Kukee which I believe cost me £3. Its one of my favourites at the moment.  might start doing favourite videos because I wear so much of the same stuff.
